Auckland (22 December 2005) - Kiwi Income Properties Limited, as Manager of Kiwi Income Property Trust, is pleased to advise that the changes to the Deed of Trust that were approved at a meeting of Unit Holders on 9 December 2005 have been made and incorporated into a Deed of Variation and Restatement dated 21 December 2005.

Auckland (29 November 2005) - Kiwi Income Property Trust announced today that it has leased 79% of the retail space for Stage Two of its Sylvia Park retail project in Auckland.  This stage encompasses 14,000m˛ in area, and includes around 50 specialty fashion retailers and a PAK’nSAVE supermarket.  Please read full release.
